If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit hybet's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
hybet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hybet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, on-site notification, or both, prior to the changes taking effect.
